Cancellation Policy

Every order is automatically processed and shipped as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact customer service (goto.ayako@gmail.com) to inform us of a cancellation. If your request is received before your order is shipped, no charge will be incurred. If your request is received after your order has shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Return and exchange

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. This is why we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your product. To do this, please return the product in its original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product damaged

Since each product is handmade, there may be some imperfections. However, this should not compromise quality. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, contact us with a photo of your product. We ask that you keep the product in the original packaging as much as possible. We will make sure to repair the part, because for us, quality is a priority.
